Operating Principle:

   The air bladder expansion tank is a storage device composed of a carbon steel shell and a rubber liner. The bladder separates the water chamber and the air chamber. When pressurized water from the outside is introduced into the bladder of the air bladder expansion tank, the air sealed inside the tank is compressed. According to Boyle's gas law, the volume of the gas decreases and the pressure increases, storing energy. The expansion of the compressed gas can expel the water inside the rubber bladder out of the tank. This forms non-contacting air and water chambers, with water directly injected into the capsule. The space between the capsule and the tank wall is filled with gas, preventing rust and contamination of the water source.

   Airbag-type expansion tanks are widely used for air pressure water supply in factories, residential areas, multi-story and high-rise buildings, military facilities, railways, ports, construction sites, and other applications, including topping up and pressure-stabilizing fire-fighting water systems, variable frequency water supply pressure stabilization, heating system topping up and pressure stabilization, air conditioning circulating water pressure stabilization, steam supply expansion systems, and boiler water topping up.

Instructions for Use:

    Pump up before filling with water.

    Inflated pressure of0.2MPa-0.3Mpa。

    During long-term use, it was found that the gauge pressure is lower than0.2MPaSupply gas promptly.

    If the gauge pressure is unstable during use, open the air-supply valve to check for any water leakage. If there is water leakage, it indicates that the diaphragm is damaged and needs to be replaced before reusing.

    Every use6Monthly, conduct regular inspections and maintenance, check for any gas leakage in the pressure relief valve, and verify if the pressure gauge is due for inspection.

    Pressure relief valves and pressure gauges of gas cylinders should be established in a management file, and installed in the pipeline system in accordance with relevant regulations.
