




The CA series lathe headstock is manually lapped with the bed, tailstock, and plate for all mating surfaces, ensuring precision and stability through rigorous inspection of the entire machine. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, enhanced with copper and chrome alloys. The bed guide rail width is 400mm, with a hardening depth of 4mm on the bed guide rail, effectively improving wear resistance and stability. The lathe headstock is lubricated with a trochoid pump for circulating lubrication, ensuring cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics suitable for hot southern climates, thereby extending the service life of bearings and gears. The spindle bore is φ52/80mm. The machine tool gears are precision ground, enhancing gear hardness and reducing noise. Based on the "A" type, the "B" type features a spindle bore of 80mm, and the "C" type has a spindle bore of 104mm. The CA61.. series is a general-purpose lathe, while the CA62.. series is a saddle lathe.
