The C61 series lathe is suitable for turning both internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal conical surfaces, and other rotating surfaces. It can turn various metric, English, module, and pitch diameter threads, and is capable of performing drilling and oil groove pulling tasks.
Structural Features:
The CA series, based on the "A" model, has derived several variant products. B Type: spindle bore diameter 80mm, C Type: spindle bore diameter 104mm.
The CA61 series is a general lathe, and the CA62 series is a saddle lathe. The CA6140/CA6240 lathe models do not have a 105mm bore.
1. The bed is wider than that of a standard lathe, featuring high rigidity. The guide surfaces have been hardened through medium-frequency quenching, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance.
2. Machine tool operation is convenient and centralized, with the sliding plate equipped with a quick movement mechanism. The single-handle design facilitates intuitive operation and is user-friendly.
3. The machine tool structure and transmission rigidity are both average for general lathes, suitable for high-speed cutting. The spindle bore is large, allowing for a full range of accessories to be chosen.
