






I. Product Introduction and Applications
This product features a servo direct-drive semi-closed-loop vertical machining center with X, Y, and Z axes. The three axes have average guideways, with high load capacity, wide span, and high precision. The structure and dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a servo motor via a synchronous belt. It can accommodate complex parts such as disks, plates, housings, cams, molds, etc., in a single setup. It can perform various processes including drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping, and rigid tapping. Suitable for the production of various types of products in small to medium batches, it meets the processing requirements for complex and high-precision parts. An optional fourth rotating axis is available to meet the processing needs of special parts.
Section II: Main Structural Features
1. The base, sliding seat, workbench, column, main spindle box, and other main structural components are made of HT300 cast iron. The base features a box-like structure with a compact and rational symmetrical rib design, ensuring high rigidity and bending vibration resistance. The A-type bridge-type column and internal grid-like ribs effectively guarantee rigidity and precision during strong Z-axis cutting. The structural components are cast using resin sand and are heat-treated for long-term stability in machine tool performance.
2. The X, Y, Z three-axis guides are linear guides, featuring fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, and minimal temperature change. Combined with automatic forced lubrication, they enhance the precision and lifespan of machine tools.
3. Z-axis balancing with counterweights ensures smooth and stable movement of the main shaft housing; the Z-axis drive motor features an electromagnetic braking device upon power loss.
4. The X, Y, and Z axes use high-precision, high-strength internal return double nut pre-tensioned ball screw with large lead, ensuring high feeding speed. The driving motor is directly connected to the ball screw via an elastic coupling, and the feeding servo motor transmits power directly to the high-precision ball screw, eliminating backlash to guarantee the machine tool's positioning accuracy and synchronization.
5. Utilizing a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, the spindle speed can reach up to 8000 rpm.
6. The spindle features a central blow-off structure, which quickly cleans the spindle cone with high-pressure gas during the spindle's loose-tooling phase, ensuring precision and longevity of the tool holding.
7. All guide rails and screw threads in the X, Y, and Z directions are equipped with protective devices, ensuring the cleanliness of the screw threads and guide rails, thereby guaranteeing the transmission and movement precision and lifespan of the machine tool.
8. The machine tool external protection features a full-coverage structure design, offering convenient operation, safety, reliability, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
9. Employ a reliable centralized automatic lubrication system, which provides timed and precise intermittent lubrication to various lubrication points of machine tools, allowing adjustment of lubrication time based on operational conditions.
10. Equipped with 24-disc magazine (optional) produced by a Taiwan professional manufacturer,刀库 change is accurate, quick, and efficient; it has passed one million cycle tests, meeting reliability standards; features a damping structure to reduce impact during movement, ensuring a long service life of the magazine; pneumatic drive for easy operation.
11. Equipped with an oil-water separator, it can remove most of the lubricating oil from the coolant, preventing rapid deterioration of the coolant and benefiting environmental protection.
12. The machine tool operating system is designed with ergonomic principles, featuring an independently designed control box that can rotate itself for easy operation.
