The 4H vertical turret lathe features the following characteristics:
The tracks are wide rectangular guides, and the X, Y, Z guide shafts have been treated with ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding, and scraping, combined with forced lubrication to reduce low-speed creep, improve accuracy, and extend the service life of the machine tool. The lubrication system can provide forced lubrication for the longitudinal, transverse, and vertical screws and guides, reducing wear on the machine tool and ensuring smooth operation; at the same time, the cooling system adjusts the nozzle to change the flow rate of the coolant to meet different processing requirements. The operating panel features iconic symbols for simple and intuitive operation.
Section 3: Overview of Machine Tool Structure
This machine tool is composed of parts such as the bed, saddle, worktable, riser, column, cooling, and lubrication. The body is made up of the bed and column, with the column fixed to the bed. The milling head is a high-power mechanical variable-speed high-precision milling head. The saddle and bed are matched with rectangular guides, while the worktable and saddle are matched with dovetail guides, allowing the worktable to move longitudinally and laterally through leadscrews and nuts. The coolant is stored in the inner cavity of the bed. The lubrication of all guides and transmission parts is achieved through a hand-pumped oiler.
