



This series of CNC vertical drilling machines can perform drilling, reaming, tapping, countersinking, and threading operations, suitable for mass production of small and medium-sized shafts, discs, and other components. The machine base components are made of resin sand cast iron and have been processed through multiple stabilization treatments. Both the machine guide surfaces and the worktable surfaces are ground by CNC grinding machines.
The Z-axis is controlled by a CNC system, allowing for rapid traverse, normal feed, rapid retract, and delay programs. The Z-axis is driven by a stepper motor (or AC servo motor).
