The VMC1270 machining center utilizes a full-tracked three-axis system, achieving high-speed displacement for enhanced production efficiency and profitability, making it a preferred model for communication, automotive parts, and hardware industries. Machine Tool Structural Features:
(1) The base and column feature a unique large-span A-frame structure, capable of withstanding the inertia caused by high G forces. The machine's chip discharge is rear-mounted, with adjustable chip angle and an ultra-high flow chip removal system.
(2). Three-axis rapid displacement of 24 meters significantly reduces processing time. Large pitch screw shafts and high-speed linear guides, with minimal linear guide wear, offer a very long service life. Suitable for high-speed operation, they greatly reduce the required driving horsepower for the machine. Features include high rigidity, low noise, low friction, and high sensitivity, which can enhance processing speed and accuracy.
