An air hammer is a type of free forging equipment. The air compressor compresses air, which is then sent into the working cylinder through an allocation valve, driving the piston and hammerhead to move up and down, thus performing the striking action. Operation is flexible, and this model is suitable for various free forging processes such as extension, upsetting, piercing, shearing, welding, twisting, and bending. Various open-die forging operations can be carried out with the use of die blocks.
Driven by compressed air, it meets the production needs with adjustable impact force and striking frequency controlled by air pressure regulation.
