Process Flow
Tyre Crushing: The tyre crushing system removes the steel wires from the tyres (sold as steel), then crushes the tyres into granules with a particle size ≤15mm, which are subsequently transported to the granule pyrolysis system.
2. Particle Cracking: Utilizing a continuous cracking unit under low-temperature cracking catalytic technology, fuel oil (for sale or further processing) and crude carbon black are cracked out under micro-negative pressure.
3. Carbon Black De-ironing: The automatic high-magnetic de-ironing machine further separates the small amount of remaining steel wire fragments from the carbon black.
4. Ultra-fine Grinding: A combination of mechanical and air flow in the ultra-micronizer grinds carbon black to its original fineness of 325 mesh, or to a finer mesh size of up to 600-2000 mesh as required.
5. Activation and Modification: During the fine grinding process, a certain proportion of modifier additives is added to modify the surface of the carbon black, enhancing its compatibility with polymers and strengthening the affinity between them.
6. Wet Granulation: The continuous wet granulation machine blends high-quality carbon black powder with a specific ratio of granulation water under computer control, producing granular carbon black widely used in rubber and plastic products. This process reduces packaging and transportation costs, and improves the industrial environment for downstream industries.
7. Carbon Black Drying: The quantified water added during the drying and granulation process.
8. Finished Product Packaging: The automatic packaging machine uses a vacuum-assisted method for measurement and packaging, ensuring no product leakage.
