Process Flow

1Tyre Shredding: The tyre shredding system removes the steel wires from the tyres (sold as steel), and shreds the tyres into particle sizes≤15mmThe granules are then transported to the granule cracking system.

2Continuous Pyrolysis: Utilizing a continuous pyrolysis unit under low-temperature pyrolysis catalytic technology, produce fuel oil (for sale or further processing) and crude carbon black in a vacuum form.

3Carbon black de-ironing: The automatic high-magnetic de-ironing machine further separates the small amount of remaining steel wire fragments from the carbon black.

4Super-fine Grinding: A combination of mechanical and air flow in the ultra-fine pulverizer grinds carbon black to the original carbon black fineness.325Objective, or grind to a higher fineness as required600——2000Objective.

5Activated Modification: During the fine grinding process, a certain proportion of modifier additives is added to modify the surface of the carbon black, improving the compatibility between carbon black and polymers, and enhancing their affinity.

6Wet Granulation: The continuous wet granulation machine blends high-quality carbon black powder with a specific proportion of granulation water under computer control, producing granulated carbon black widely used in rubber and plastic products. This process reduces packaging and transportation costs, and improves the industrial environment for downstream industries.

7Carbon black drying: The quantitatively added moisture during the drying and granulating process.
