Process Flow
1. Tire Shredding: The tire shredding system removes steel wires from tires (sold as steel), and shreds the tires into rubber granules with a particle size of ≤15mm, which are then transported to the rubber granule cracking system.
2. Particle Cracking: Utilizing continuous cracking equipment under low-temperature cracking catalytic technology, producing fuel oil (for sale or further processing) and crude carbon black in a micro-negative pressure form.
3. Carbon Black De-ironing: The automatic high-magnetic de-ironing machine further separates the small amount of remaining steel wire fragments from the carbon black.
4. Ultra-fine Grinding: A combined mechanical and air-flow ultra-fine pulverizer grinds carbon black to the native carbon black fineness of 325 mesh, or upon request, to a higher fineness of 600-2000 mesh.
5. Activation and Modification: During the fine grinding process, a certain proportion of modifier additives is added to modify the surface of the carbon black, improving its compatibility with polymers and enhancing the affinity between the two.
6. Wet Granulation: The continuous wet granulation machine, under computer control, mixes high-quality carbon black powder with a certain proportion of granulation water to produce granular carbon black, widely used in rubber and plastic products. This process reduces packaging and transportation costs, and improves the industrial environment for downstream industries.
7. Carbon Black Drying: The quantified moisture added during the drying granulation process.
8. Finished Product Packaging: The automatic packaging machine uses a vacuum measurement method for packaging, ensuring no product leakage.
