The V-type mixer barrel features a unique structure, formed by welding two cylindrical tubes into a V-shape. It utilizes mechanical transmission to cause reciprocating movement of the material within the V-shaped tube, achieving uniform mixing. The machine panel and mixing tube are typically made of high-quality stainless steel, with polished inner and outer walls. This design ensures no dead corners during mixing, no accumulation of material, high efficiency, and easy cleaning.
The V-type blender is commonly used in industries such as food, chemicals, metallurgy, and electronics for mixing two or more dry powdery or granular materials. This equipment is suitable for blending powdery particles with good fluidity and minimal physical differences. It is especially designed for products with small batch sizes that require thorough mixing without any dead spots. Due to the smooth material flow within the V-type blender container, it does not damage the original shape of the material, making it also ideal for blending fragile and abrasive granular materials.
For materials with slightly lower liquidity, a rod-type agitator can be added inside the cylinder, rotating at high speed in the opposite direction to the cylinder, which can effectively ensure uniform mixing of the materials.
Additionally, for materials requiring humidification, a spray humidification feature can be added, ensuring uniform spray volume. There is no occurrence of water droplets or material agglomeration within the cylinder, and the spray power is provided by compressed air at 3 kg/cm².

Operating Principle:
The machine features an electric motor and a reducer at one end. The motor's power is transmitted through the reducer and then via a drive shaft to continuously flip the V-shaped drum, allowing the material inside to mix vertically and horizontally within the drum.
Due to the rotational movement, powdered or granular materials continuously alternate, divide, and merge in the inclined cylinder; the materials randomly transfer from one zone to another, with particles sliding against each other, resulting in multiple superimpositions in space. Particles continuously distribute on the newly formed surfaces, thus repeatedly lifting, sprinkling, interlacing, diffusing, and mixing to achieve rapid uniform mixing. Moreover, as the cylinder continuously flips throughout the mixing process, all materials within are in motion, ensuring no dead corners in the mixing.
