Equipment Introduction
Vertical lifting ball mill, an advanced model that combines a vertical agitated ball mill with a lifting mechanism, offering flexible and convenient operation. The lifting methods include electric lifting and hydraulic lifting.

Working Principle
The material and abrasive medium are mixed together, vigorously stirred and propelled by the agitation of a stirrer and impacts, resulting in intense collisions between the abrasive particles that grind the material, thereby achieving a desired particle size and dispersion effect.
Materials can be directly added to the jacketed grinding drum without pre-mixing; components that require only slight grinding in the formula can be added to the drum later. The ball mill is equipped with a two-speed motor, operating at low speed during feeding or discharging, and at high speed during grinding.
This machine is equipped with a recirculation pump system to maintain circulation during grinding, enhancing grinding efficiency and material uniformity, ultimately achieving a highly dispersed particle system; the recirculation pump can also be used for discharging material.
The grinding tank is equipped with a jacket, cooled or heated by circulating coolant/heat medium to control the temperature.
Due to the stirrer's ability to rise above the grinding drum, a flip design for the drum can be implemented: manual or electric flipping for easy unloading and cleaning.

Mixing Drum Lining: Available in ceramic (alumina), food-grade rubber, or polyurethane materials.
Stirrer sleeve: Available in materials such as plastic, tungsten carbide, zirconia, polyurethane, or other wear-resistant steel.
Bucket Lid: Available with floating shaft seal or main shaft seal, the bucket lid features an air inlet, exhaust outlet, and feeding port, designed for grinding under inert gas conditions.
Variable speed system: Frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for various rotational speed requirements.
