Equipment Introduction
A circulation ball mill combines a ball mill with a large capacity pre-mixing cylinder, achieving grinding effects and narrow particle size distribution through high-speed circulation by the pump.
The circulating ball mill is commonly used for grinding materials that require the final particle size to reach the micron level, have high quality requirements, and are difficult to grind and disperse.
This model processes large amounts of material with minimal grinding media. Material can be continuously monitored during the grinding process. Additional formula components can be added to the storage drum at any time during grinding, and more sensitive components can be added near the end of the grinding. Since the slurry only stays in the grinding chamber for 20-30 seconds, most of the time it is in the storage drum, allowing for better control of slurry temperature and uniformity.

Working Principle
Material with rapid turnover is agitated through a layer of intense grinding media. Coarse particles sink faster than fine ones, while smaller particles are allowed to pass through quickly, causing the coarse particles to remain longer and thus have a preferential crushing effect. Due to the prioritized grinding of coarse particles, the grinding efficiency is higher and the particle size more uniform.
In the ball mill, the diameter of the grinding medium used is typically 3-8mm, usually consisting of materials like chrome steel, carbon steel, talc, or zirconia.

Inner lining of mixing drum: Available in ceramic (alumina), food-grade rubber, or polyurethane materials.
Stirrer sleeve: Available in materials such as plastic, tungsten carbide, zirconia, polyurethane, or other wear-resistant steel.
Bucket Cap: Available with a floating shaft seal or main shaft seal, the bucket cap is equipped with an air inlet, exhaust port, and filling opening, designed for grinding under inert gas conditions.
Variable Speed System: Frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for various speed requirements.
