Equipment Introduction
The horizontal dry ball mill is a machine that grinds materials using a wet process. Its grinding drum is cylindrical, and it can be lined with polyurethane, nylon, or aluminum oxide tiles.

Operating Principle
Material is fed into the inner cylinder from the top, containing various sizes of grinding balls. The motor drives the cylinder to rotate, generating centrifugal force that elevates steel balls to a certain height before they fall, exerting a heavy impact and grinding action on the material to achieve the goal of crushing and refining. After grinding, the powdered material exits through the discharge outlet grille, completing the powder grinding operation.

Operation Process
1. Additive
Open the grinding cylinder lid, add the material to the grinding cylinder containing the abrasive, then close the lid securely.
Note: The added materials and grinding media must be pre-calculated and cannot be overloaded.
2. Abrasive materials
Set the abrasive time, start the abrasion process, and the ball mill drum rotates from the front, moving upwards from bottom to top.
3. Unloading Materials
Ball mill time has elapsed; the ball mill will automatically shut down. Press the "Step" button to position the discharge outlet of the ball mill to the top, lift the cover of the ball mill drum, and replace the discharge grate; start the ball mill, begin discharging, and turn off the ball mill once the material has been fully discharged.

3. The machine is equipped with a digital timer controller, allowing for adjustable working hours as needed, featuring pause and cumulative timing functions, with easy operation.
