Equipment Introduction
Vertical ball mill is a batch type grinding machine, featuring simple operation and high grinding efficiency. Typically, the material to be ground and the grinding media are placed together in a stationary grinding cylinder with a jacket for grinding; the diameter of the grinding media is usually 3-10mm, and the materials of the grinding media include carbon steel, stainless steel, hard alloy, zirconia, or other ceramics.

Working Principle
Materials and grinding media are mixed together, stirred by a stirrer, and driven by impacts. The vigorously moving grinding media撞击猛烈地磨削物料,thus achieving desired particle size and dispersion of the product.
Materials can be added directly to the jacketed ball mill without pre-mixing. Components in the formula that only require slight grinding can be added to the mill later. The ball mill is equipped with a two-speed motor, running at low speed during feeding or discharging, and high speed during grinding.
This machine is equipped with a recirculating pump system, designed to maintain circulation during grinding to enhance grinding efficiency and material uniformity, ultimately achieving an extremely fine particle dispersion system; the recirculating pump can also be used for discharging materials.
The grinding tank is equipped with a jacket, cooled or heated by circulating refrigerant or heat medium to control the temperature.

liner options for mixing drum: ceramic (alumina), food-grade rubber, or polyurethane materials available.
Mixing Stick Sleeve: Available in materials such as plastic, tungsten carbide, zirconia, polyurethane, or other wear-resistant steel.
Bucket Lid: Equipped with a floating shaft seal or main shaft seal, the bucket lid features an inlet, exhaust port, and feeding port, designed for grinding under inert gas conditions.
Variable speed system: Frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for various speed requirements.
