High-speed rotation of the dispersing disk generates strong shearing impacts and friction between the material and the dispersing disk, achieving rapid dispersion, emulsification, dissolution, and uniform mixing; particularly suitable for the process of preparing solid-liquid dispersion system slurry by uniformly dispersing powder in liquids.
This unit is a sit-tub disperser, an integrated mixing equipment that combines disperser with kettle/vat/tank installation. It is primarily used for large-scale production lines with high output and stability, capable of achieving mass industrial production in batches to meet market demand.
This equipment uses hydraulic cylinders as lifting actuators to elevate and lower the motor's distribution disk, allowing it to operate at different workstations for more even product distribution. It also supports the replacement of different distribution disks according to process requirements, achieving superior dispersion effects.
