Equipment Introduction:
The Multi-functional Mixing Vessel is a versatile mixing equipment developed and improved upon the basis of the conventional single-axis mixing vessel, validated through practical testing. It features two or more mixing methods for emulsification, dispersion, and multi-form mixing. This device exhibits greater adaptability to medium-viscosity liquid-liquid-liquid-powder, liquid-cream, and other materials compared to standard single-axis mixing equipment. A variety of mixing blades can be chosen based on the viscosity and characteristics of the mixing material. Selecting a reasonable configuration according to material properties and production processes can enhance product quality and improve production efficiency.

Common Processes:
Commonly used in processes where powders are dispersed in liquids/gels (or liquids are added to powder materials) to produce high solid-content, high viscosity materials, or in blending scenarios between different materials. Particularly in the preparation of high viscosity materials with a viscosity above 200,000 cp, the planetary blade design offers macroscopic mixing effects compared to blades that only rotate, eliminating dead spots at the shaft ends of the latter. A set of double planetary blades, with their precise interlocking, provides strong kneading effects and can uniformly blend materials with viscosities ranging from 200 to 5 million cp.
Vacuum Technology: High-viscosity materials typically have low surface tension, which makes it easy for air bubbles to become trapped during mixing and difficult to naturally release. Double planetary mixers often come equipped with a vacuum system, allowing for long-term mixing under vacuum conditions. The liquid surface is continuously updated during mixing, creating a cycle of material movement from top to bottom, with bubbly materials rising to the surface and detaching from the material under the negative pressure.
Temperature Control Process: High-viscosity materials are more sensitive to temperature, often requiring processes with heating, cooling, and constant-temperature stirring. Equipment usually comes with temperature detection and control features.
Drying Process: Some high polymer materials are highly sensitive to moisture content, with lower moisture content being more beneficial for material quality. By adjusting the vacuum degree with vacuum technology and the temperature with temperature control technology, it can flexibly meet the requirements of dehydration and reduction of the ultimate moisture content under various temperatures.
