Low loss: The product's no-load loss is reduced by over 30% compared to the SCB10 model, and the load loss is reduced by over 10% compared to the SCB11 model. It offers excellent energy-saving effects, operates economically, and requires no maintenance.
Low noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 decibels lower than the current standard J/T10088-2016 "Sound Level of Transformers at 6-220KV Voltage Grades."
Low partial discharge: The resin blend uses advanced mixing techniques from abroad and vacuum film degassing technology, ensuring the mixture is well blended and completely removing air bubbles within the blend. The product has an extremely low partial discharge level, which can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing the resin insulation with both full encapsulation and interlayer impregnation properties. The casting has a dense curing structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
The glass fiber and other insulating materials used in wound coils have self-extinguishing properties, will not generate an electric arc due to short-circuiting, and the resin will not emit toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.
High mechanical strength: The filled resin minimizes the coefficient of expansion difference within the casting body, resulting in low curing shrinkage and internal stress. The cured material has high hardness. Inside the outer and inner surfaces of the high and low voltage coil's epoxy resin encapsulation layer, pre-formed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is even greater than that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electrical forces without damage.
