Description

Low Loss: Product no-load loss is reduced by over 30% compared to SCB10 models, and all losses are lower than those of SCB13 dry-type transformers. It boasts excellent energy-saving effects, economic operation, and requires no maintenance.

Low Noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 decibels lower than the current standard J*/T10088-2016 "Sound Level of Transformers at 6-220KV Grades."

Low partial discharge: The resin blend utilizes advanced mixing techniques from abroad and vacuum film degassing technology, ensuring uniform mixing and the removal of air bubbles within the blend. The product features a low partial discharge level, which can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing the resin insulation with full encapsulation and interlayer impregnation properties. The casting body has a dense curing structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.

Glass fiber and other insulating materials used in wound coils have an auto-extinguishing characteristic, do not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin does not emit toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.

High mechanical strength: Filled resins reduce the coefficient of expansion differences within the casting, resulting in lower curing shrinkage and internal stress. The cured material exhibits high hardness. Inside and outside the high and low voltage coil encapsulation layers of epoxy resin, preformed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete. Thus, the mechanical strength is even greater than pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electrical forces without damage.
