Low Loss: The product's no-load loss is more than 20% lower than the SCB10 model, and the load loss is more than 30% lower than the SCB10 model, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects, economic operation, and maintenance-free.
Low Noise: Product noise level is 10-15 decibels lower than the current **standard**/T10088-2016 "Sound Level of Transformers for 6-220KV Grades."
Low partial discharge: The resin blend utilizes advanced mixing techniques from abroad and vacuum film degassing, ensuring thorough mixing and complete removal of air bubbles within the blend. The product exhibits an extremely low partial discharge, controllable below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing full encapsulation and inter-turn impregnation for the resin insulation. The casting has a dense solidification structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.
The glass fiber and other insulating materials used in wound coils have an auto-extinguishing characteristic; they do not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin does not emit toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.
High mechanical strength: The filled resin reduces the coefficient of expansion difference within the casting body, leading to low curing shrinkage and internal stress. The cured material has high hardness. Within the encapsulating layer of epoxy resin on both the inner and outer surfaces of high and low voltage coils, pre-formed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete. Therefore, the mechanical strength is even greater than that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electromagnetic forces without damage.
