Low loss: Product no-load loss is more than 30% lower than the SCB10 model, and load loss is more than 10% lower than the SCB11 model. Excellent energy-saving effect, cost-effective operation, and maintenance-free.
Low Noise: The product noise level is 10-15 decibels lower than the current standard J/T10088-2016 "Sound Level of Transformers from 6-220KV."
Low partial discharge: The resin blend utilizes advanced mixing techniques from overseas and vacuum film degassing technology to ensure uniform blending and completely eliminate bubbles within the mixture. The product features an extremely low partial discharge level, controllable below 5PC. Both high and low voltage windings are cast under vacuum and pressure, providing resin insulation with both full encapsulation and inter-layer impregnation properties. The casting has a dense solidified structure, is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment.
The glass fiber and other insulating materials used in winding coils have an auto-extinguishing property; they do not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin does not emit toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.
High mechanical strength: Filled resin minimizes expansion coefficient differences within the casting, resulting in low curing shrinkage and internal stress. The cured material has high hardness. Inside and outside the high and low voltage coil's epoxy resin encapsulation layer, preformed reinforcing materials are placed, creating a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete. Consequently, the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin and can withstand sudden short-circuit electrical forces without damage.
