New Blueberry Sorting Machine

Blueberry diameter sorting machine, blueberry diameter grading machine, and blueberry selection machine utilize the different sizes of blueberry diameters. They use sieve-hole roller drums for sorting. The sorting process is as follows:

In the upper fruit area, blueberries are conveyed using flexible conveyors to prevent damage to the fruit's skin and powder.

Sorting area, utilizing sieve roller-type holes for selection and rotation, blueberries are sorted from small to large. When blueberries are transported to the sorting area, those smaller than the diameter of the roller sieve holes directly fall into the first-level fruit collection area and are conveyed to the packaging directly by the conveyor belt. Larger fruits continue to be transported to the next sieve hole area via the belt, with a similar principle. Below the fruit zone, a parallel belt buffering device is used, reducing the vertical drop height of blueberries after sorting, minimizing mechanical injury from the fall and protecting the fruit powder on the blueberry skin from damage.

The blueberry sorter employs a physical streamline motion, grading blueberries based on their diameter sizes from small to large. It has been field-verified by large enterprises (blueberry companies) in protecting the blueberry powder, ensuring the sorting process does not damage the powder. For instance, during the sorting of a batch of blueberries, the smaller diameter ones are first漏 down through the holes, while the larger diameter ones move forward on the conveyor belt to the next level.
