Usage Instructions

Place the equipment flat at a certain location in the workshop (no foundation required, ground bearing capacity per square meter)5Tonnage available (as needed), simply plug in the power and it's ready for use. Comes with配套设备crane or loader.

Before starting, connect the power according to the wiring diagram. Operate using hand control or a remote. The operator will lift the ton bag of raw material with a forklift and place it on the platform between the two arched plates of the extruder. Press the tighten button on the remote to slowly clamp the plates together using the hydraulic cylinder. Once the material is tightly clamped, release the button to slowly loosen the arched plates. This should be sufficient for minor caking.

If the lumps are severe, initiate the turntable to rotate and compress multiple times at various angles until the desired effect is achieved.
