Usage Instructions

This equipment undergoes rigorous debugging and pressure testing prior to shipment, and must be fully charged before operation.46#Hydraulic oil.

Prior to operation, connect the power according to the wiring diagram and use manual control or a remote controller. Operators will lift ton bagged raw materials with a forklift and place them on the intermediate platform between the two curved plates of the extruder. Press the remote clamp button, and the hydraulic cylinder will gradually clamp the curved plates together. After the material is released, press the release button to slowly open the curved plates. If the caking is not severe, this can be done in one go.

If the caking is severe, initiate the turntable to rotate and compress multiple times at various angles until the desired effect is achieved.
