Due to the varying shapes of the lumps, this equipment is equipped with a reverse switch. The purpose of the reverse switch is to allow for reversing the direction when encountering difficulty in entry, thereby reversing out and re-entering.

Usage Instructions

1. Placement: Must be placed prior to use.PackingThe machine is placed on the ground in a parallel, solidified position.BalingMachine balancing to prevent belt misalignment.

2. Fixed: The two ground wheels at the bottom of the export area are equipped with an automatic locking mechanism. Secure both ground wheels before operation to prevent slippage.

3. Power supply: Simply connect the three-phase power to the outer side of the electrical control box where the reverse switch is located.

4. Switches: Before use, turn on three switches in the electrical control box: Pressure Roller (forward rotation), Vibration (forward vibration), and Main Motor (main rotation) switches. Then, turn on the reverse switch (note: there is a C45 switch inside the control box that needs to be closed). Power on, and once the conveyor belt is in the forward direction, you can proceed to use it.

5. Material board conditions allow for selection between non-vibration or single-vibration modes, controlled by the operator.

6. The needle roller and turbine reducers are pre-lubricated before shipment; simply plug in and use.

7. Inspect the drive components before use and apply lubricant.
