Product Overview
The high-temperature trolley furnace features a rectangular box structure. The load-bearing platform is a movable trolley, with workpieces stacked on the work surface. Electric trolleys are used for loading and unloading, and the furnace door is opened and closed electrically. The furnace lining is constructed from lightweight alumina fiber boards. The furnace bottom is made of lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty refractory bricks capable of bearing loads. Heating elements are resistive wire and resistive bands. Silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and the furnace outer shell are made of steel plates and shaped steel. The furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven. Specific configurations are designed according to customer requirements and furnace temperature.

8. The trolley furnace is mainly composed of the furnace chamber, temperature control system, and trolley walking system. The furnace chamber and temperature control system are designed in a separate unit, featuring an independent temperature control box with a neat and clear panel. The furnace door is electrically liftable, and the trolley can be electrically inserted and removed from the furnace chamber. The trolley and furnace chamber are coupled with a sealed design, equipped with automatic positioning. The on/off buttons are integrated into the temperature control box panel, offering a stylish and user-friendly operation.
9. Optional large-screen paperless recorder for real-time recording of heating curves, with a storage card for analysis and printing of experimental data.

Optional installation of an intake port for blowing and protecting with air or inert gases; also, an exhaust chimney can be added, connected to a stainless steel corrugated pipe, to discharge the toxic and harmful gases emitted from the high-temperature volatilization inside the furnace to the designated location.
