The high-temperature trolley furnace features a rectangular box structure. The load-bearing platform is a movable trolley, with workpieces stacked on the work surface. Electric trolleys are used for loading and unloading, and the furnace door is opened and closed electrically. The furnace lining is constructed from lightweight alumina fiber boards. The furnace bottom is made of lightweight insulating bricks and heavy-duty load-bearing refractory bricks. Heating elements use resistance wire and resistance bands. Silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, and the furnace shell are made of steel plates and sections. The furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven. The specific configuration is designed according to customer requirements and the furnace temperature.

The furnace door is electrically liftable, and the trolley moves in and out of the furnace chamber electrically. The trolley and furnace chamber are coupled with a sealing design, equipped with automatic positioning, and the on/off buttons are integrated on the temperature control box panel, offering both aesthetic appeal and ease of operation.

10. Optional installation of an intake port for blowing and protection with air or inert gases; also, an exhaust chimney can be added, connected to a stainless steel corrugated pipe, to discharge toxic and harmful gases emitted from the furnace at the marked location.
