The luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology is used, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and can withstand acidic and alkaline substances. It employs excellent silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. The furnace boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is entirely constructed from composite alumina fiber materials using unique CNC technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and no pollution, with a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, full automatic control, self-tuning function, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. It integrates silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators meet international standards.
