Application Scope of Explosion-Proof Lighting Distribution Box:
1.1 and 2.0 Hazardous Areas.
2. Class II, Group A, B, C explosive environments.
Features of Explosion-proof Lighting Distribution Box:
The explosion-proof distribution box for lighting is of a composite type. The switch box utilizes an explosion-proof structure, while the busbar box and the outgoing cable box adopt an increased safety structure.
2. The housing is made of ZL102 aluminum alloy or steel plate welding, followed by high-speed shot blasting cleaning and high-pressure electrostatic spraying. It's internally fitted with high-interrupting miniature circuit breakers with overload and short-circuit protection functions, and additional functions such as leakage protection can be added upon request.
3. Modular structure design allows for flexible and free combination of various circuits.
4. Fitted with high-break capacity miniature circuit breakers or molded-case circuit breakers. DZ47, C65, and CM1 models are available for selection.
5. Features overload and short-circuit protection, with the option to add additional functions like leakage protection as required.
6. Exposed stainless steel fasteners.
7. Suitable for steel pipes or cable wiring.
Compliant with GB3836, IEC60079 standards.

Ordering Instructions for Explosion-Proof Lighting Distribution Boxes
At the time of ordering, please specify the number of circuits in the distribution box, the corresponding current for each circuit, and the number of poles for the circuit breakers. If a leakage function is required, please note that as well; if a main switch is needed, please indicate the current and number of poles of the main switch, and also specify the direction of the incoming and outgoing lines, the specifications, and the corresponding quantities.
The layout and installation dimensions for the power distribution box switches can be referred to in the following examples of the external shape and installation. When mixing power and lighting, the layout, shape, and installation of the distribution box are the same as those of the power distribution box.
Generally, users must provide a power distribution and electrical system diagram.
