Utilize explosion-proof measures with medium-isolation ignition sources. That is, install the electrical components used by the user within a cabinet filled with clean, positive-pressure gas. This prevents flammable and explosive mixtures in the external environment from coming into contact with the electrical sparks or hazardous temperatures generated by the components during normal operation, thereby achieving the goal of electrical explosion-proofing.

1. This product is mainly composed of the cabinet, an automatic control system, a gas-supplying system, an alarm system, and a power distribution system; the cabinet consists of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary chamber, with the positive pressure chamber housing the user's power distribution system components and the secondary chamber containing the automatic control system.
2. Cabinet products feature GGD cabinet frames, with the main and auxiliary plates in a left-right configuration. The cables are installed in a trench seat, with entry from below, operation via the front door, and maintenance through the rear door.
3. Boxed products feature high-quality steel plate welding structure, with the main and auxiliary plates in an up-down configuration, mounted horizontally, with line entry at the bottom, front door operation, and maintenance access.
4. The piano stand-style products are made from high-quality steel plates, folded and welded into shape. The main and auxiliary disks are in a front and rear structure, mounted in a pedestal style, with line entry from below, piano stand operation, and rear door for maintenance.
5. Divided into ventilation and compensation types based on the intake method. The ventilation type provides continuous gas supply without interruption, allowing the working heat of the components inside the positive pressure chamber to be carried away through the gas circuit, offering excellent heat dissipation capabilities. It is suitable for addressing the heat dissipation issues of high-power explosion-proof variable-frequency inverters. The compensation type, on the other hand, supplies gas intermittently, requiring the positive pressure chamber to have good sealing to ensure minimal gas consumption.
6. Customers must provide a gas source, which should be purified air or nitrogen, with a pressure of 0.2~0.8Mpa; typically, the instrument air at the customer's site can meet the requirements.
7. Steel plate materials generally use GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plates, or stainless steel materials according to GB3280-84, as per customer requirements.
