Wood Frame Filter

Air filters are primarily used to capture particles and suspended matter smaller than 0.5 micrometers. They are made with ultra-fine glass fiber paper as the filter material, and materials like coated paper, aluminum foil, etc., as the separator plates, bonded with wood frames and aluminum alloy. They are coated with special silicone rubber, odorless, non-hardening on the surface, crack-free over time, chemically stable, corrosion-resistant, absorb stress from thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, with moderate hardness and good elasticity recovery.

Each unit undergoes sodium flame testing, featuring high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust-holding capacity. Air filters are widely used in dust-free cleanrooms for optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, precision instruments, beverage and food industries, and PCB printing, among others, at the air outlet of air conditioning units. Filters are all used at the terminal of cleanrooms.
