　　1. Deep Water

Due to the use of deep-water motor sealing technology, the aeration pond can be arranged vertically, with a depth of up to 20 meters, thus saving land area and reducing air pollution; due to the water depth, air stays in the water longer, and with the addition of underwater temperature equilibrium, the oxygen transfer rate is high.

　　2. Aeration

The SBJ product consists of an aeration system and a high-speed agitator, which achieves actual oxygenation capacity through the mixing of air and water. Thus, by controlling the water-air mixing ratio and working time, the required optimal and stable continuous aeration performance can be achieved; this simplifies and enhances the reliability of the automatic control system for the biochemical treatment process. Experiments have shown that the water surface in operation by the SBJ features dense and uniform bubbles. Moreover, the negative pressure generated by the impeller in high-speed movement also enhances the machine's self-priming function, thereby improving the overall dynamic efficiency of the unit.

The SBJ product, as a submersible aerated mixer, features an open impeller design with no clogging concerns. After completing high-speed aeration, it automatically switches to low-speed mode for mixing. It maintains a flow velocity of 3-5 m/s at the peripheral outlet, creating a circular current beneath the water surface that effectively prevents the settling of suspended particles.

SBJ products rely on their own weight for positioning, featuring an integrated hoisting design that requires no additional accessories for setup, offering flexibility. Quick hoisting is achievable without draining and without interrupting the process operation.
