Product Introduction:
Submersible mixers have been refined over many years of practice by Gulan, achieving high performance-to-cost ratio through innovative design in form, structure, and testing methods. They enhance the mixing efficiency of wastewater, and are equipment for uniform mixing and reaction of solid, liquid, and gas phases in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes.
The QJB type submersible mixer is divided into two main series: mixing and low-speed propulsion.
The Mixed Series Agitators are suitable for wastewater treatment plants and industrial processes, used to stir aeration and anaerobic ponds, creating water currents for pond water recirculation, suspended solids, and nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages. The Low-Speed Push Flow Series Agitators are designed for aeration ponds in industrial and urban wastewater treatment plants, generating strong water currents with low tangential flow, which can be used to create water currents for recirculation and the nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages.
Application Range:
The mixer should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:
Medium temperature not exceeding 40°C.
The pH value of the medium is between 5~9.
3 Liquid density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³
4 Long-term dive operations, dive depths generally do not exceed 20m.
Cautionary Notes:
The Submersible Agitator must be fully submerged in water for operation; it cannot be used in environments with flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive liquids. The steel expansion bolts must be securely fastened according to specifications. After installation, the cables must be tightly and securely fastened.
When selecting a diving propeller, if the blade diameter exceeds 2 meters, it is recommended to use a gear reducer.
