Product Description:
Submersible mixers, developed through years of practical exploration by Guanlan, achieve high performance at a competitive price due to their innovative form, structure, and testing methods. These mixers enhance the mixing efficiency of wastewater, serving as equipment for uniform mixing and reaction of solid, liquid, and gas phases in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes.
The QJB type submersible mixer is divided into two main series: mixing and low-speed propulsion.
Mixed Series Agitators are suitable for wastewater treatment plants and industrial processes.Aeration and anaerobic tanks, available for water recirculation within the pool.Suspended SolidsFlow creation during the nitration, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages;
Low-speed propeller mixers are suitable for industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration basins, producing powerful water currents with low tangential flow, which can be used for creating water currents during circulation and nitrification, nitrogen removal, and phosphorus removal stages.
Application Scope:
The blender should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:
1 Medium temperature not exceeding40°C;
2 MediumpH between 5~9.
3 Liquid density does not exceed1150kg/m3;
4 Long-term dive operations, with dive depths generally not exceeding20m。
Submersible mixers are highly versatile, playing an increasingly crucial role in industrial wastewater treatment alongside the numerous discharges from industry and urban sewage. They are suitable for aeration tanks in industrial and urban wastewater treatment plants, generating powerful water currents with low tangential flow, which can be used to create water currents during cycles and processes like nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal.
