ZBXN Semi-Bridge Type Sludge Pump Features：

The ZBXN Semi-Bridge Mud Sucker is a new generation mud sucker designed based on the digestion and introduction of equipment, featuring the following prominent characteristics:

1. Simple structure, lightweight: With a semi-bridge design featuring a single drive unit, the main beam also serves as a mud channel. Compared to the full-bridge suction dredges widely used domestically, the weight is significantly reduced.

2. Cost-effective operation and easy maintenance: By using siphon pipes to discharge sludge from the sedimentation tank to the central mud discharge pipe through a non-rotating central mud tank, there are no moving seals, eliminating short-circuiting of the supernatant and preventing waste of energy from the return pump. This also ensures the concentration of the returned sludge, creating conditions for the normal operation of the biochemical process. Additionally, it eliminates maintenance work associated with moving seals.

3. Optional advanced transmission system, featuring a state-of-the-art shaft-mounted reducer in the drive unit - no alignment required, no coupling needed, compact structure, high efficiency, and light weight.

4. Configurable over-torque protection mechanism; automatically alarms and stops when the torque reaches the set value, ensuring safety and reliability.

　ZBXN Half-Bridge Suction Mud Mechanism Structure and Operating Process：

The ZBXN series sludge pump, as shown in Figure 1, is a peripheral-driven siphon type. It consists of the main beam, which also serves as the sludge conveying channel, the suction pipe system, the siphon evacuation system, the central sludge tank, the central rotating bearing, the drive unit, the skimming device, the collector, and the control cabinet.

The main beam is driven by surrounding drive units, rotating around the central axis of the pond. Sludge deposited at the bottom of the pond is scraped up to each suction port by a scraper, and under the action of a liquid level difference, the sludge is transported through the suction ports, sludge channels, siphon pipes, central sludge tank, and central sludge discharge pipe to the sludge pit. Each suction pipe is equipped with an adjustable regulator to control the flow distribution of the suction pipes. At the same time, the floating scum on the surface of the liquid is concentrated into a constricted area formed by the scraper plate rotating with the main beam and the surrounding scum baffles, until it reaches the enclosed edge—the scraper arm. When the arm reaches the slag collection bin, the scraper plate on the arm scrapes the scum into the collection bin.

Electrical Control:

The equipment can be set for start-up, shutdown, and operation time according to user requirements, and it is equipped with a PLC interface.

ZBXN Semi-Bridge Suction Sludge Pump Application:

The ZBXN type sludge scraper is used in circular secondary sedimentation tanks of wastewater treatment plants. It scrapes the settled sludge at the bottom of the tank to the openings of a set of sludge suction pipes arranged radially, which are then discharged through a central sludge outlet pipe. This facilitates sludge recycling or concentration/dewatering. Simultaneously, floating debris on the surface of the tank is skimmed into a grit collection bin and discharged outside the tank for further processing.
