GRC component working environment: Construction has been completed and passed the final acceptance inspection. The flatness and vertical angles meet the standard specifications, and the structural surfaces must be firm and orderly.
GRC component drilling: Since GRC decorative components rely on anchor bolts to secure the structure to the concrete with pre-drilled holes, the depth, diameter, and location of the holes must meet the requirements. Different components require different anchor bolts. Drilling should be based on the spacing of holes within the component and the control lines on the surface. When fixing the component, attention must be paid to the maintenance of the GRC component during the process of tapping in the anchor bolts, and the galvanized parts must not be bent to prevent damage to the bond between the GRC and the concrete, as well as to the component's load-bearing points. If the decorative overall surface of the installation plan cannot cover the anchor bolts, the depth of the anchor bolt ends must be considered during the drilling process, and the concrete surface should be moderately expanded.
GRG wall panels typically do not require maintenance after completion and delivery for use; however, the following points should still be noted during use:
1. Maintain indoor ventilation. Strive to keep the temperature and humidity inside consistent with those outside.
2. Avoid heavy impacts on the walls. Mild impacts may leave marks or pockmarks on the walls; when the impact force exceeds the larger fracture load of GRG products, it can cause wall cracking, and in severe cases, wall detachment.
3. When cleaning walls, minimize the use of wet materials. Contact with moisture may cause a chemical reaction on the surface coating of GRG walls, leading to discoloration; prefer to use soft, dry items for cleaning.
4. In case of wall damage due to external forces, the damaged area can be trimmed and repaired. After the repair is completed, it can be restored to its original overall effect without leaving any trace.
