So, we must also pay attention to the method of use: First, before using, check the mold surface for any foreign objects. Introducing foreign objects into the mold frame not only makes the mold prone to damage but also affects the surface flatness of the frame, which can lead to deformation in severe cases. Secondly, when pressing wire ropes, be sure to refer to the parameter table to adjust the working pressure required for the specified wire rope. There's a parameter table in the electrical box, following the operating instructions can both protect the mold and save electricity. If the mold is not used for a long time, apply a layer of oil to the surface to prevent rust, which can better protect the quality of the products pressed by the mold and also extend its lifespan!
