1. Operation Principle of Bag Unpacking Machine

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the crane's lifting and walking, move along the walking guide rail to the area above the unloading zone, and lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. We offer two types of bag opening devices for customer selection: an artificial unbagging glove box (ton bags are recyclable) and a rotating blade bag opening device (ton bags are not recyclable). After unloading, the materials start to flow along the pipeline chute under gravity. The unloading process uses a screw feeder, and to ensure smooth flow of materials within the packaging bags and pipes, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the materials' descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoisting mechanism elevated, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bag.
