Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the hoist to lift and move along the walking guide rail to the top of the unloading area, then lower the packaging bag to the position of the operation box.

3. Our bag opening devices include an artificial opening glove box (recyclable for ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bags), for customer selection. After unpacking, the material starts to be discharged along the pipeline chute under the force of gravity. The discharge is facilitated by a screw feeder. To ensure smooth flow of material within the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag tamping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up lumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Unloading complete, hoist mechanism elevated, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bags.
