1. Bag Unpacking Machine Operation Principle

Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag strap of the packaging bag on the rigid bracket.

2. Operate the lifting and walking of the hoist, run along the walking guide rail to the overhead of the unloading area, and lower the packaging bags to the position of the operation box.

3. We offer two types of bag-opening devices for customer selection: an artificial unloading glove box (recyclable for ton bags) and a rotating blade cutting device (non-recyclable for ton bags). After unloading, materials start to flow down the pipeline trough under gravity. The unloading process uses a spiral feed machine. To ensure smooth flow of materials inside the packaging bags and pipelines, a bag-tapping mechanism repeatedly strikes the packaging bags to break up clumps and facilitate the material's descent, ensuring no residue remains in the ton bags.

4. Material discharge complete, hoist mechanism elevated, manually operate the electric hoist to lift, and remove the empty bags.
