1. Overview

This is then led out through the terminal connections and connected to a circuit, producing an electric current.

  

Electric Motor

  

Servo motors, also known as actuator motors, are used as actuating elements in automatic control systems to convert received electrical signals into angular displacement or velocity outputs on the motor shaft. They are divided into two main categories: DC and AC servo motors. Their primary characteristics are that they do not exhibit spontaneous rotation when the signal voltage is zero, and their speed decreases uniformly as torque increases. The rotors inside servo motors are permanent magnets, and the driver controls the U/V/W three-phase electricity to form an electromagnetic field. The rotor rotates under the influence of this magnetic field, while the motor's built-in encoder feeds back signals to the driver. The driver adjusts the angle of rotation of the rotor based on the comparison between the feedback value and the target value. The precision of the servo motor depends on the precision of the encoder (number of lines).
