7. Dust-Free Operation: This machine is a wet process, vacuum, and continuous granulation unit. No dust is emitted during the granulation process, and it is equipped with an exhaust gas dust removal system.
8. High Granulation Strength: This machine achieves forced agglomeration of powder into spherical granules through the high-speed rotation of rotating parts equipped with kneading teeth. Compared to natural agglomeration granulation devices (such as rotary disc granulators, drum granulators), it offers a more concentrated particle size distribution and granule strength exceeding that of naturally agglomerated granules.
