3. Arrange to enhance the opacity of metal pigments; this can reduce the amount of aluminum silver paste required, resulting in a very fine electroplated metal-like finish.

4. Simple operation and high solid concentration allow for the addition of more diluent (water), thereby reducing production costs and enhancing competitiveness.

5. Excellent alcohol resistance; superior weather resistance, UV aging test remains unchanged and not yellowing after 120 hours, easy to spray and oil.

6. Compatible with PU overcoat paint. Excellent interlayer adhesion; PU overcoat does not bleed, turn black, or discolor.

7. Single-component application, with excellent scratch resistance, high hardness, quick drying, and good resistance to alcohol and ethanol (about 50 cycles of 500克力 resistance to alcohol).

 Advantages: Eliminates the need for anti-slip silver additives, solves issues such as poor adhesion and delamination between the electroplated silver primer and the PU glossy coating layer, and completely resolves problems like peeling of transparent red or yellow paint on the electroplated silver undercoat.

Application Range: Aluminum silver powder added to over 10% point does not lose powder, suitable for conveyor lines and spraying, with better coverage and faster coloring.

2618 is primarily used for producing ABS plastic imitation electroplated silver oil, electroplated silver paint, furniture paint, and toy paint imitation electroplated silver oil.

2618 adheres well to soft PVC substrates, boasts excellent flexibility, elongation, and adhesion, and is resistant to ultraviolet light.

Usage Instructions:

Add an appropriate amount of electroplated silver paste to the 2618 silver-free electroplating silver resin, mix well, and it's ready to use. (Recommended dilution ratio: 1:3 or above)
