Muffle furnace equipment is widely used in universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., for special experiments and production in fields such as powder processing, military, electronics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, glass, machinery, new material development, special materials, refractory materials, building materials, chemicals, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.
This equipment incorporates advanced technology, featuring an energy-saving and environmentally friendly new type electric furnace developed independently. It boasts a scientifically and rationally designed structure, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, advanced and reasonable construction, easy operation, and a shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. Precision CNC machining ensures a luxurious and beautiful finish, achieved through a two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray painting process. It is highly resistant to high temperatures, corrosion, and fading over time.
The furnace features uniform temperature distribution, a double-layer heat-insulating body with surface temperatures close to room temperature, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
The control system employs a touch screen PLC with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities, featuring 50-stage programing, and can program various heating, constant temperature, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy.
Protective devices feature independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, coupling failure, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnaces, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
