Product Introduction

Finished with luxurious and beautiful dual-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology, it is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Utilizing heating elements, the furnace features a double-layer shell with a forced-air cooling system for rapid temperature drop. It boasts advantages such as balanced thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rate, and energy saving. The furnace chamber is lined with imported composite alumina fiber. Material is constructed through CNC technology, featuring strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no spalling, pollution-free, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, withPIDAdjustable, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step programing, capable of creating various heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling programs, with high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections. Factory Environment

2. Environmental temperature is within ±5-45℃ range.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%.

4. No conductive dust, explosive gases, or gases that can severely damage metals and cause insulation corrosion are present around the stove.

Safety Protection

1. When initially using or resuming use after a long period of disuse, an electric furnace must be seasoned to prevent the furnace chamber from cracking.

2. Keep clean regularly and check the electrical furnace wiring for good contact periodically.

3. Do not exceed the rated temperature when using the electric furnace to prevent damaging the heating elements. It is prohibited to pour any flammable liquids or molten metals into the furnace.

4. During the process, the temperature should generally not exceed 300℃ and the rate of temperature increase should be moderate. This is because, at the beginning of the heating, the furnace is cold and requires a significant amount of heat absorption.

Friendly Reminder

Do not operate the equipment for extended periods at the rated temperature to ensure its normal service life.

3. To extend the lifespan of the instrument, we recommend that the heating and cooling rates not exceed 10℃/min.

5. This furnace does not have a vacuum-sealed structure, therefore it is not suitable for introducing flammable or explosive gases.

6. After a period of use, the furnace chamber may develop minor cracks, which is a normal occurrence and will not affect its operation. These can be repaired using an alumina coating.
