The housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, precision-machined on CNC machines, and finished with luxurious and beautiful dual-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, offering high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting color retention.
The furnace features even temperature distribution, with the surface temperature of the double-layer thermal insulation body close to room temperature, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using CNC technology, demonstrating strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, non-polluting, and a long service life.
The control system features a touch screen PLC with PID adjustment, automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities. It offers 50-step programing and can be programmed for various heating, constant temperature, and cooling procedures, ensuring high temperature control accuracy.
The protective device employs independent protection: (over-temperature, over-pressure, over-flow, un-matching, power failure, leakage, short-circuit, etc.).
Additionally, through our independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control of a single or multiple furnaces, starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature control programs, storing temperature control programs, viewing historical curves, and printing historical curves.
