Primarily used in laboratory preparation of melt batches, low-temperature glass fluxes, enameled coatings, and binders for industries such as ceramics, glass, and vitreous china, and also suitable for small-scale enterprises as production equipment.
Firstly, the melt is a mixture of more than a dozen chemical raw materials, blended uniformly in a certain proportion, then melted into glass liquid at over 1000 degrees in the melt furnace. It then flows into a water pool to be crushed into solid glass blocks. These blocks are then ground into a paste-like liquid in a ball mill with water, which is subsequently poured onto the blank for floor tiles or wall tiles. After being fired in a kiln, this forms the glaze on the surface of the tiles (the shiny layer on the tile surface).
A high-temperature melting block furnace is an oven used for processing high-melting point blocks, typically operating at around 1100 degrees Celsius. Originally, coal was used for fuel, but due to stricter environmental regulations in some areas, coal gas generators are now being used instead.
