This model is widely used for surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of medium and small castings and forgings in industries such as foundry, construction, chemical, electrical machinery, and machine tools. When adjusting the shot blasting machine with a hook-type nozzle, pay attention to the position of the directional sleeve of the nozzle. Ensure that the projectiles are projected to cover the entire surface of the workpiece being cleaned; otherwise, it may affect the cleaning efficiency.

The position of the directional nozzle window can be marked on a wooden board with black ink or a thick paper laid down at the location of the cleaned workpiece. Start the shot blasting machine, manually add a small amount of shot into the feeding tube of the blast pot, check the position of the projection belt. If the projection area is not positioned correctly, adjust the directional nozzle to achieve the desired position.
