The hook-type shot blasting cleaner is available in single-hook and double-hook models. The hook-type blasting machine loads workpieces alternately into the blasting cleaning chamber using two hooks. The blast gun projects shots ranging from 0.2 to 0.8 mm at the workpiece surface, achieving a certain roughness to enhance appearance or alter the compressive stress to extend the workpiece's lifespan. This model is widely used for the surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of medium and small castings and forgings in industries such as foundry, construction, chemical, electrical machinery, and machine tools. Additionally, it is suitable for cleaning slender, thin-walled parts that are prone to damage.

When adjusting the shot blasting unit of a hook-type shot blasting machine, pay attention to the position of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting unit. Ensure that the shot is projected to fully cover the workpiece being cleaned; otherwise, it will affect the cleaning efficiency.

Position the directional nozzle window; if necessary, mark the location with black ink on a wooden board or lay a thick paper over it, place it at the position of the cleaned workpiece, start the shot blaster, manually add a small amount of shot to the shot blaster's feed tube, check the position of the projection belt. If the projection area is not positioned correctly, adjust the directional nozzle to achieve the desired position.
